Long Term Care
The LTC Program is a First Nation based Homemaker & Home Support Service. This program is designed to provide in-home service to the Elderly and disabled as well as prenatal, postnatal and post surgical care. This program’s focus is to assist individuals to remain in their homes instead of in long-term care facilities or hospital settings.
- Provide in-home services such as cooking, cleaning and personal care
- Provide home support services (yard cleaning, chop wood, etc)
- Provide support and access to services to families in need of services
Participating First Nations include: Ochiichagwe’babigo’ining, Grassy Narrows, Wabaseemoong, Naotkamegwanning, Shoal Lake 40, Iskatewizaagegan 39.
